Product Description

VN-1400 Minii Melting Furnace is a CE certified high temperature furnace using high quality ceramic fiber board with ZrO2 Liner and SiC Heating elements. The temperature of Muffle Furnace is controlled by high precision controller with accuracy +/-1C and 31 segments programmable up to 1400C.

This type of furnace is widely used for materials or chemical lab to sinter all types of new materials samples. It is an ideal Melting furnace for sintering high purity ceramic material at high temperature without element contamination

Furnace Features

1. High quality super SiC (Silicon Carbide) heating elements serve as heating element and can be heated up to 1400°C.
2. high quality ceramic fiber board with ZrO2 Liner
3. Double layer steel case with air cooling to ensure low surface temperature 
4. Built in precision digital temperature controller is 31 segments programmable to control heating rate, cooling rate and dwell time.
5. The furnace temperature is controlled by precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy +/-1C and 31segments programmable up to 1400°C 
6. Maximum energy efficiency is achieved by surrounding the chamber with thermal-efficient high purity alumina fiber ceramic insulation, Energy Conservation design
7. Simple Operation design, you could change the heating elements easily
